Proclus Diadochus was the last major Greek philosopher. His Commentary on Euclid is the main original source we have on the early history of Greek geometry. He also wrote Hypotyposis, which gives a detailed account of the Earth-centered astronomical theories of Hipparchus and Ptolemy.
